Senior Analyst, Commercial Experience Service Delivery

Overview

Senior Analyst in Commercial Experience Service Delivery within Diageo's Global Business Operations, acting as the first point of contact for customers and linking the Cash Cycle Department with external contacts.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-level customer service and ensure on-time, in-full shipments.
• Follow up and resolve all customer service queries accurately, efficiently and according to the relevant SLA.
• Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the Cash Cycle process.
• Ensure internal control procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators reach target.
• Where applicable to the market, carry out logistics activities measured by OTIF, such as proactively managing relationships with 3PLs, collaboration between Supply Chain and Customer Service, invoice corrections and stock reconciliation.

What you'll need

• Fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Very strong customer service attitude.

Nice to have

• College or university degree.
• System skills (SAP knowledge).
• Overview of market and customer specifics.
