Sales Order Processing Analyst (Spanish Speaking) - Night Shift

Overview

Manage the end-to-end order flow for Dyson's retail, eCommerce and other sales customer orders, working the night shift and reporting to the Sales Order Associate Manager.

What you'll do

• Ensure EDI-integrated orders are processed, or create orders manually.
• Release orders for delivery in line with any allocations provided.
• Secure booking slots and arrange deliveries on time.
• Act as point of contact for the Key Account team, 3PL and retailers on all order book issues.
• Manage retail customer credit, pricing, and related disputes and charges.
• Manage the retail order book with market and 3PL to ensure outbound capacity.
• Process eCommerce orders in SAP, ensuring order correctness and completeness for delivery creation where not covered by the contact centre.
• Manage direct order queries not covered by the Contact Centre, and act as point of contact for the Contact Centre on direct delivery queries.
• Investigate and provide feedback on last mile failures.
• Manage direct and indirect reverse logistics, ensuring returned orders are completed on time, customers are refunded, stock is reconciled, and errors or fraud in exchanges are fixed.
• Ensure the invoicing process is complete and on time, and resolve related issues.
• Manage other sales streams: proforma orders, sample orders, new starter machines, and B2B.
• Pick up new activities that fall broadly within the purpose of the role.
• Identify problems and find solutions.

What you'll need

• Experience in sales order processing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales order processing, customer operations, or a related role.
• Comfortable working a night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
• Understanding of logistics processes and tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor/MBA degree required.
• Knowledge of 3PL, logistics and transportation.
• SAP systems knowledge.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to process high volumes of invoices with high accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A can-do attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
