Senior Analyst - Forecasting Oncology

Overview

Senior Analyst - Forecasting Oncology builds and maintains forecasting models that translate patient flow and multi-source data into demand and revenue forecasts for US Oncology strategy.

What you'll do

• Build, validate, and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term product forecasts using multiple data sources.
• Develop patient-based patient-flow models reflecting diagnosis and treatment pathways and market access drivers.
• Align forecast assumptions and scenarios with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Pricing, Finance, and Sales Operations.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Present and defend forecasting methodologies, assumptions, outputs, and confidence levels to senior collaborators.
• Support S&OP integration by submitting volumes and maintaining weekly, monthly, and yearly models.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• In-depth understanding of Oncology and patient diagnosis-to-treatment pathways and treatment dynamics.
• Experience integrating market research and secondary data into forecast assumptions.
• Experience applying pharmaceutical industry data sources/analytics (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, epidemiological data, syndicated datasets).
• For US forecasting: experience with TRx/NBRx/NRx data and methodologies.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
