Senior Analyst - Strategy Consulting - MENA

Overview

Support JLL's consulting team on real estate strategy assignments across residential, office, retail and hospitality assets, including mixed-use schemes, for developers, investors, funds and public sector clients.

What you'll do

• Assist the consulting team on real estate strategy assignments, including market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentations, and participation in internal and external meetings
• Support delivery of strategy engagements, including market and demand–supply assessments, highest and best use, feasibility studies and investment strategy
• Conduct market research (supply pipeline, rents, prices, yields, benchmarking) and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Build and check financial models to test the viability of development and investment options
• Prepare detailed market study reports, client pitches, presentations and proposals, including approach, methodology and credentials
• Contribute to other business development and marketing initiatives as needed
• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the market for client reports and consultancy assignments
• Report to the Operations Lead - Consulting and the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis

What you'll need

• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
• Commercial awareness of real estate markets and value drivers
• Good report writing skills
• Ability to prepare succinct PowerPoint presentations
• Working knowledge of real estate market metrics and of feasibility studies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize
• Ability to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous background in real estate market research, property analysis, or real estate financial analysis, ideally within real estate strategy, advisory, or consultancy

Nice to have

• 3-5 years' experience in the real estate sector
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling
