What you'll do

• Support private equity funds with industry/market assessment, outside-in or limited commercial due diligence, and full-scope commercial due diligence including value upside identification.
• Support corporate clients with industry/market assessment studies and feasibility studies.
• Support corporate clients with target search and screening.
• Support corporate clients with growth strategy, organic and inorganic.
• Support corporate clients with business plan development and validation.
• Support corporate clients with joint venture and partnering strategy.
• Support corporate clients with commercial due diligence.
• Support corporate clients with synergy assessment.

What you'll need

• Commercial Due Diligence (mandatory skill).
• Bachelor's degree (Graduate education).
• 0-2 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Corporate Strategy (preferred skill).
