Senior Appian Developer

Overview

Develop and support Appian low-code applications and workflow automation solutions, from process analysis through deployment and production support.

What you'll do

• Analyse business processes and requirements for workflow digitisation and automation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications and workflows.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Prepare functional designs, technical designs, test plans, and deployment documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, hypercare, production monitoring, and incident management.
• Enhance existing applications and resolve issues and service requests.
• Contribute to reusable components, coding standards, templates, and automation best practices.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Expertise in Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, CDTs, expression rules, and decision logic.
• Knowledge of role-based and record-level security.
• Experience with API integrations, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience delivering automation solutions through analysis, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Intelligent Automation CoE, digital transformation team, or GCC environment.
• Appian Associate or Senior Developer certification.
