Overview
Senior Architect cum Construction Manager (Architectural Works, Interiors & Finishes) for an airport development project, serving as the PMC lead for architectural supervision, quality assurance, design compliance, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead construction supervision and quality control for architectural works, interior fit-outs, façade systems, and finishes.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, mock-ups, and material approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of architectural works against programmes and project milestones.
- Coordinate construction sequencing and installation activities with other disciplines.
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and method statements.
- Oversee quality control of finishes and passenger-facing public areas, coordinating with QA/QC teams.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, punch listing, and handover of architectural works.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Overall 15-20 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction supervision, and project delivery.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation projects involving airport terminal buildings and airport support facilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms / digital design coordination tools.
- Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- Experience in PMC, Design Consultancy, EPC, or client-side project management environments.
- Proven experience supervising architectural finishes, façade systems, interior fit-outs, and passenger-facing facilities.
