Senior Associate Design

Overview

Senior Associate, Design responsible for interior design work across the project lifecycle, from concept through construction documents.

What you’ll do

• Create, refresh, and transform workplace environments tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Construction teams on introducing Unispace’s design methodology.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships by presenting designs aligned with client goals.
• Lead design project teams and oversee design management from concept through construction documents completion.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure delivery of high-quality design work.
• Produce and oversee bid and construction document packages while adhering to local codes and standards.
• Coordinate communications with clients, consultants, and internal construction teams to ensure alignment.

What you’ll need

• 15+ years of professional design experience with a focus on interior design.
• Proven experience with client presentations and design pitches.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in corporate interiors across client sectors including law, entertainment, finance, and marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of interior details, millwork drawings, and FF&E, plus technical document preparation and timeline management.
• Familiarity with international and regional building codes for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in design proposal writing supporting sales teams in finalizing project contracts.
