Senior Designer

Overview

Senior Designer role focused on leading design projects for workplace and life sciences spaces. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver functional, high-impact design outcomes and mentor others.

What you'll do

• Lead a variety of design projects from large-scale to smaller initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver workplace and lab transformations.
• Coordinate design effort across clients, teams, and consultants (e.g., MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, structural).
• Lead design from conceptual design through final construction documents.
• Prepare drawings, finish boards, and full project documentation.
• Communicate with clients, designers, consultants, and technical/construction teams to exceed expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and create client presentations.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Experience developing comprehensive construction documentation.
• Proficiency with Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience pitching and presenting to high-profile clients.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing design teams for Life Science, Corporate, and Commercial projects.
