Senior Associate – Java Backend Developer, Advisory

Overview

Develop and improve Java backend services for advisory software solutions, with a focus on code quality, concurrency, security, and performance.

What you'll do

• Solve programming questions related to data structures using LeetCode.
• Review Java service-layer code for coding standards and SOLID principles.
• Identify and resolve design flaws, concurrency issues, exception handling, and resource management problems.
• Analyze order-processing services for vulnerabilities, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
• Refactor code to improve readability, maintainability, and separation of responsibilities.
• Improve thread safety through synchronization and thread-safe collections.
• Remove duplicate code and promote reusable utilities and validators.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Java 11 experience.
• Data structures and algorithms skills.
• Spring Boot experience.
• Microservices experience.
• BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
• Bachelor of Technology degree.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud skills.
