Senior Associate – PMO, Enterprise Apps SAP, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate in SAP Enterprise Apps advisory focused on SAP SuccessFactors and cloud implementation PMO activities as part of a consulting team.

What you'll do

• Assess customer readiness to move to SAP SuccessFactors and the Cloud.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the implementation project.
• Run scoping workshops, validate effort estimates, and confirm implementation timelines.
• Create the baseline project plan and propose service delivery transition.
• Coordinate the resource team to plan and allocate resources to projects.
• Use SAP Activate methodology and project streams to implement projects.
• Report weekly status, manage budget/burn rates, and maintain issue and risk registers.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Preferred: understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Good knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration (also lists BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA).
