Senior Associate – Python AI Developer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on building AI-enabled software solutions using Python and backend frameworks.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and test cutting-edge applications.
• Develop backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Build microservices and distributed system designs.
• Deliver solutions across cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Implement REST APIs with streaming, WebSockets, and authentication/authorization concepts.
• Integrate async APIs and vector database components for RAG.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Azure services including Azure Function, Azure API Management, and Azure AI search.
• Experience with Python libraries such as requests, httpx, asyncio, pydantic, sqlalchemy, pytest, pandas, numpy, langchain, and langgraph.
• Skills in SQL, NoSQL, and Python ORM.

Nice to have

• Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
• Code review and coding standards.
