Senior Associate Recruiter

Overview

Pearl is hiring a Senior Associate Recruiter on a contract basis to run end-to-end hiring, especially for volume and support roles, with speed and ownership.

What you'll do

• Drive quick turnaround on open roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for support roles
• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen candidates and conduct HR assessments
• Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration
• Deliver strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Track metrics (TAT, conversions, pipeline health) and maintain ATS data

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring
• Strong sourcing expertise across job portals and LinkedIn
• Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet hiring targets in a high-velocity environment
• Willingness to commit to a contractual engagement and deliver within defined timelines
