Senior Associate – SAP SD, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate for SAP SD advisory/application support, acting as a techno-functional analyst within an application support team for SAP SD.

What you'll do

• Assist business and end users with day-to-day operations in SAP SD and front-end technologies.
• Analyse business and process needs to support SAP SD operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders across engineering, customer support, and other teams.
• Perform quality assurance and documentation activities.
• Work flexibly on new areas as needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug SAP SD issues using required tools/knowledge.

What you'll need

• At least 4+ years of IT experience in SAP SD (SAP SD certification preferred).
• Working knowledge of SAP ABAP/debugging (ABAP debugging is must).
• Knowledge of SAP SD-related objects including inquiries, quotes, sales orders, and returns.
• Working knowledge of reports, module pool, SAP scripts/forms, ALV reports, ALE/IDoc, service gateway/integrations, BADIs, BAPIs, SAP queries, and OOP.
• Understanding of integration with MM and FI, including exposure to SAP MM and SAP FI.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems (EDI), IDocs, and REST APIs.
• Experience gathering requirements and providing designs, configurations, detailed specs for custom programs, testing, and knowledge article creation.

Nice to have

• Desirable experience with ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Willingness to operate as a confident user support provider with strong attention to detail.
