Senior Associate, Workday Adaptive Developer

Overview

Senior Associate responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for a global Finance organization.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and enhance Adaptive models, dimensions, and calculations.
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and OfficeConnect templates.
• Support Adaptive Planning integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning users.
• Partner with Finance and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using automation, cloud tools, and AI-driven analytics.

What you'll need

• 10 years experience as a technology professional.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (models, reporting, integrations).
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Reporting and OfficeConnect.
• Familiarity with integration technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., Workday EIBs, AWS, or Azure Data Factory).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies/tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
