Senior Backend Engineer - EST

Overview

Senior Backend Engineer working to deliver backend products/features for customers, including real-time/streaming capabilities and customer issue handling.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and maintain products/features that customers use.
• Design and code solutions starting from broadly defined problems.
• Drive best practices and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate on architecture and design of new and existing systems.
• Deliver a high-quality product in an agile environment.
• Work closely with customers on their issues.

What you'll need

• Have a BE/BTech/ME/MTech qualification from an engineering institute.
• Minimum 3-6 years of backend experience.
• Experience in at least one higher-level language, preferably Python.
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/SQL) and data management.
• Experience designing REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of core computer science areas (algorithms, data structures, OOD, databases).

Details

• Must work in the EST time zone to provide technical coverage for US customers.
