Senior Business Analyst - NPI Operations

Overview

Senior Business Analyst for NPI Operations, supporting quote-to-cash processes by operationalising new product introduction (NPI) and CPQ deliverables.

What you'll do

• Support GTM initiatives and new product launches.
• Own the NPI Operations ticket queue and dashboards to triage, assign, track, and follow up to meet SLAs.
• Compile reports and provide status updates on timelines, risks, and decisions.
• Deliver NPI releases and bug fixes based on priority.
• Lead CPQ and NPI enhancements end-to-end, including requirements, testing, documentation, training, and launch.
• Maintain product master and ensure SKU configuration integrity across PDM and CPQ environments.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in a Business Analyst or operations role.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in CPQ or other quote-to-cash systems.
• Hands-on experience with operational tools and systems such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills to assess CPQ and downstream impacts and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills to synthesise information for business operations teams.
• Adept collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
