Senior Business Execution Consultant

Overview

Senior Business Execution Consultant supporting key business operations and initiatives focused on achieving business goals and objectives, including Infolease Platform Modernization.

What you'll do

• Lead support functions and business operations across multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Drive efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and pipeline management across assigned operations while supporting business objectives.
• Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives using analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and an understanding of international business.
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment to develop recommendations, provide guidance, and support effective execution across assigned functions.
• Support the planning and execution of programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders and key stakeholders to develop project plans, policies, procedures, and approaches that support business priorities.
• Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
• Support Equipment and Vendor Finance initiatives focused on customer journey mapping and business readiness for Infolease Platform Modernization.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and process needs.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to design optimized solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support business readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user adoption activities to enable successful implementation and achievement of agreed OKRs.
• Collaborate across transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, priorities, and implementation readiness.
• Contribute to process improvement and modernization efforts that enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4+ years of Business Analytics experience.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge and tools to support business analysis, process improvement, or operational initiatives.
• Experience supporting or delivering projects in a veteran-focused environment or veteran-related programs.
• Experience working across different business, operational, or organizational environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
