Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager

Overview

Senior/Clinical Project Manager responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering designated clinical study projects.

What you'll do

• Act as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee functional services including external vendors to the established timeline and budget.
• Manage study budget and ensure project remains within scope.
• Develop project plans with timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation.
• Ensure quality management for assigned projects, including eTMF inspection readiness and CAPA/quality notifications.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates and KPIs to clients and senior management.
• Lead internal and client meetings and communicate protocol/study issues and required actions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing complex and global trials.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs.
