Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager

Overview

Plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers designated clinical study project activities to meet quality, scope, cost, and time objectives.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and primary escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services, including external vendors, to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budgets and ensure projects stay within scope and handled out-of-scope items early.
• Develop project plans with timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation.
• Ensure quality management readiness (e.g., eTMF inspection readiness) and handle quality notifications/CAPA items.
• Prepare and present project status updates and reports to clients and senior management.
• Lead internal and client meetings and communicate protocol/study issues and deviations with appropriate actions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience (or proven competencies for this position).
• Minimum 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing complex and global trials.
• Advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related fields accepted.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
