Senior Consultant – Internal Audit and SOX

Overview

Senior Consultant role in Internal Audit and SOX, working on the full SOX program from conceptualization and design through implementation, documentation and control testing.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in assignments, including developing project plans, allocating resources and leading staff members.
• Handle SOX and audit engagements.
• Design and assess processes and controls and drive improvements.
• Address queries on SOX and audit issues.
• Develop process documentation, RCMs, report writing, root cause analysis and remediation.
• Provide mentorship to other team members.

What you'll need

• Understanding of COSO 2013.
• Experience in process documentation, developing RCMs, report writing, root cause analysis and remediation.
• Bachelor's in Economics, Finance or Statistics, or Master's in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Required skills: Data Literacy, Executive Presence, Information Security, Risk Management, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Proficient (C2).

Nice to have

• Exposure to internal audit process reviews, SOPs and other risk management engagements.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), CISA, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
