Overview

Senior Consultant role for Margin Calculator Group, focused on Treasury margin and portfolio financing margin models and client SME support.

What you'll do

• Understand cross-asset and cross-agreement margining methodologies and develop an internal view of margin.
• Develop portfolio financing margin models in Arcesium infrastructure.
• Manage stakeholders by identifying needs, articulating offering scope, escalating issues, and driving changes.
• Perform client implementation tasks including data gathering, gap analysis, mapping, transformation, loading, reconciliation, BAU setup, and client parallel support.
• Support technology teams on special projects, including bespoke reports, specifications, product implementation, and UAT.
• Cover initial client calls as an SME to explain Arcesium margin capabilities to help win new business.

What you'll need

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Treasury (portfolio financing or counterparty credit risk) with in-depth domain/finance knowledge.
• Collateral management and financing agreements knowledge along with margin methodologies.
• Market or counterparty credit risk experience to analyze risk drivers of securities portfolios.
• Understanding of data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, and Markit for Treasury attributes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
