Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Data Analyst who leads complex analytics initiatives and serves as a strategic advisor to business and product stakeholders. The role focuses on turning ambiguous business challenges into analytics roadmaps and delivering executive-level insights.

What you'll do

• Architect and drive development of reports, predictive models, and analytical frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations influencing the business roadmap.
• Lead high-visibility analytics projects end to end, including scope, methodology, and success criteria.
• Translate complex analytical outcomes into clear narratives for executive audiences.
• Lead and mentor more junior data analysts and set standards for rigor and quality.
• Define and promote analytics best practices, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams on data strategy and data governance initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, including leading complex projects and mentoring others.
• Expert-level ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Mastery of at least one enterprise BI platform (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) for scalable dashboards.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including complex modeling and data cleanup.
• Deep familiarity with a modern data warehouse or lakehouse (e.g., Snowflake or Databricks).
• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents and automated analytical systems to scale insights.
• Strong understanding of data models behind enterprise systems such as CRM (Salesforce).
