Overview
Lead end-to-end data migration for enterprise Salesforce and Data Cloud landscapes, including AI/Agentforce data readiness.
What you'll do
- Design and execute scalable migration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, ARM, custom objects, and Data Cloud.
- Cleanse, standardize, and vectorize legacy/transactional data for Agentforce reasoning, triggers, and grounding context.
- Extract from legacy sources and transform data to match target Salesforce and Data Cloud schemas.
- Map complex entity relationships while preserving legacy record IDs and external IDs.
- Ingest unstructured assets (PDFs, knowledge articles, case histories) for Data Cloud retrieval workflows.
- Run high-volume migrations using Salesforce APIs and ETL/Zero-Copy tooling while respecting governor limits.
- Create automated QA checks for reconciliation, deduplication, and compliance with Einstein/Agentforce trust requirements.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including data security model, governor limits, and data import/export utilities.
- Working understanding of Salesforce Agentforce concepts including RAG and how data quality affects AI decisions.
- Advanced experience with tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Talend, Informatica Cloud (IICS), or Workbench.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and Zero-Copy architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in complex SQL queries and SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands-on capability in Python, Shell scripting, or Apex for data transformation and pre-migration sanitization.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (highly preferred/required as stated in the listing).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Integration Architect.
- Salesforce Agentforce/AI Specialist certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
