Overview
Senior Delivery & Capacity Analyst role in Nike’s Delivery & Capacity Management team in India.
What you'll do
- Execute the supply plan across assigned India factories using capacity, source-plan, and supply-plan analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to anticipate supply risks and improve delivery performance.
- Monitor factory capacity utilization and identify risks to support timely decisions during purchase order execution.
- Lead root cause analysis for performance gaps and run output and on-time delivery reviews.
- Lead Delivery & Capacity Management support for new partner ramp-ups in India for assigned facilities.
- Manage the import program, including BIS work management, part classifications, and factory certification status maintenance.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related capacity within manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, or related field, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Mid-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and database or visualization tools such as Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven verbal, written, and graphical communication skills in English, with influencing/storytelling capability preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, accountable mindset with ability to resolve conflict and build partnerships (resourcefulness/accountability/urgency stated as plus).
