Senior Design Engineer

Overview

Senior Design Engineer focused on developing new DRAM and emerging memory products and IP through design, layout, and optimization of memory/logic/analog circuits.

What you'll do

• Enable design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits for DRAM and emerging memory products.
• Support design validation & verification, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
• Perform verification using modeling and simulation with industry standard simulators.
• Coordinate with other groups to ensure proper manufacturability of products.
• Solicit inputs from standards, CAD, modeling, and technology development groups to improve design quality and reliability.
• Apply AI-based tools and automation to improve design efficiency and accelerate analysis across workflows.

What you'll need

• Experience leading a team of young engineers and technical subject matter experts.
• Excellent communication to convey complex technical concepts verbally and in writing.
• Extensive knowledge of custom circuit design, analog design, verification, and layout.
• Knowledge of memory product design and development flow, including reliability analysis, power network development, and state machine modeling.
• Familiarity with verification methodologies and frameworks, including behavioral modeling, timing analysis, and equivalence check.
• Familiarity with a scripting language such as Python, Tcl, or Perl.
• 3+ years of experience and a Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
