Senior Developer Snaplogic Integration

Overview

Senior Developer role focused on SnapLogic integration, leading software development projects and teams, designing and architecting software solutions, and mentoring team members.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team, documenting code and ensuring the team follows established software product engineering practices.
• Work under moderate supervision, with access to assistance for work assignments not covered through established guidelines.
• Acquire solid knowledge and develop specialized skills.
• Establish individual priorities when supporting projects and/or processes.
• Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.
• Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages or tools.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Write and maintain technical documentation describing program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Conduct research to discover new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Participate in project planning, including estimating timeframes and resource requirements.
• Manage tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure software security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement data protection and security measures.
• Interact with customers or end-users to gather requirements and provide support.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a significant amount of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant and practical experience.
• Proficient in programming, with multiple languages or software tools.
• Design patterns in multiple front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Proficient in Data Engineering.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficient with Version Control, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Technical writing and diagramming.
• Analysis (technical, business, or data).

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field.
