Senior DevOps Engineer - E-commerce

Overview

Senior DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer for NVIDIA’s e-commerce team, focused on scalable, resilient, automated platforms.

What you'll do

• Architect and refine automated deployment Jenkins pipelines for zero-downtime releases.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale infrastructure using Terraform.
• Establish modular, reusable AWS resource patterns.
• Optimize and manage AWS environments for cost-efficiency and security.
• Use AI-powered observability tools to enable proactive monitoring, automated RCA, and anomaly detection.
• Define and monitor SLOs and SLAs, and lead incident response with post-mortems.

What you'll need

• 8+ years or equivalent industry experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong CI/CD and deployment pipeline development experience with Jenkins.
• Extensive AWS Cloud experience, including services like API Gateway, Lambda, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, and SQS.
• Expert Terraform knowledge, including state management, workspaces, and complex modules.
• Advanced Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker experience, including orchestration, service meshes, and Helm.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation and custom tooling.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of DNS and CDNs (e.g., Akamai, CloudFront).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and release quality.
• AWS certifications are preferred.
