Overview

Senior Director in Marketing for Tamil programming and digital content, focused on brand integrations, digital audience growth and monetization.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute brand integration strategies aligned with programming and advertising objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create innovative branded content solutions.
• Act as a liaison between sales, PRS, production teams and product stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns.
• Monitor integration effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Drive the creation and curation of digital-first content to engage audiences across social media and OTT platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align digital content with channel programming.
• Lead efforts to grow digital audiences through strategic campaigns, influencer collaborations and innovative activations.
• Leverage analytics to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
• Identify and develop monetization opportunities across digital platforms, including branded campaigns, paid partnerships and advertising.
• Work closely with the sales team to pitch and secure digital sponsorships.

What you'll need

• Experience managing media relations and marketing campaigns.
• Management, analysis and growth of social and branding campaigns with measured results.
• Ability to build and maintain beneficial media relationships on an organization's behalf.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of cultural relevance for Tamil audiences.
• Can read, write and speak Tamil (or any 2 out of the three).

Nice to have

• MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 or 2 college.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
