Senior Dot Net Developer

Overview

Lead the architecture and evolution of scalable, cloud-native platforms using .NET and distributed systems. Define technical standards and guide engineering teams in delivering reliable solutions.

What you'll do

• Define and own architectures for distributed systems and microservices using C#/.NET Core.
• Design event-driven systems with Kafka and Redis.
• Establish patterns for gRPC-based inter-service communication.
• Architect Azure solutions with Docker and Kubernetes workloads.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with product and engineering leaders.
• Review solution designs and critical code for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Mentor developers and senior engineers on design and implementation strategies.

What you'll need

• 10–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Significant experience in senior or lead roles.
• Expertise in C#/.NET Core.
• Expertise in SQL and microservices or distributed systems.
• Production experience with Kafka, Redis, and gRPC.
• Experience designing and deploying Azure systems with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Ability to influence technical direction and mentor others.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment banking, trading, or asset management systems.
