Senior Dynamics365 Support Engineer- Customer Engagement

Overview

Senior Support Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and related Power Platform applications, supporting customers with end-to-end issue resolution and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end support for customer issues across the Dynamics 365 CE suite and Power Platform.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and define solutions aligned to customer requirements and business objectives.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve D365 CE issues with internal teams and Microsoft support.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding colleagues on D365 CE and Power Platform best practices.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand processes and recommend system enhancements.
• Review and help implement system updates and releases to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support service readiness and provide operational assistance ahead of go-live.

What you'll need

• Proven experience providing support for Dynamics CE implementations.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE suite applications, including a blend of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Comfort navigating the Power Platform with troubleshooting/support experience, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience supporting continual enhancement of Dynamics CE implementations and working with Microsoft update/release cadence.
• Experience as an excellent troubleshooter and problem solver.
• Experience working at a Microsoft partner.
