Senior EHS Engineer

Overview

Senior EHS Engineer responsible for implementing occupational health, process safety, and industrial safety programs in semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and driving risk-based safety performance.

What you'll do

• Develop and enforce EHS policies, programs, and practices in compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and manage environmental, health, and safety risks in the workplace.
• Lead implementation of EHS management system audits, reporting results and tracking CAPAs to closure.
• Maintain processes for monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and evaluating EHS performance and nonconformities.
• Conduct incident investigation and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee ERP/BCP preparedness, emergency response activities, equipment safety buyoff, and mock drills.
• Manage EHS training, communication, and document control processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety & health engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of equipment safety and semiconductor/clean room standards/utilities.
• Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 systems and RBA compliance.
• Knowledge of process safety and industrial safety systems (e.g., LOTO, PTW).
• Industrial hygiene and exposure monitoring experience.
• Ability to write technical reports and communicate effectively in English.
