Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer role working on SOC physical design activities, from block-level floor-planning through physical verification, with timing closure and ECO implementation responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Work on various phases of SOC physical design, including block-level floor-planning, partitioning, placement, clock tree synthesis and routing.
• Perform physical verification (LVS, DRC, ERC, antenna and similar checks).
• Meet congestion, timing and area metrics.
• Perform equivalence checks, STA, crosstalk delay analysis, noise analysis and power optimization.
• Implement timing and functional ECOs.
• Resolve congestion and drive timing closure through problem solving.
• Work independently and guide other team members.
• Work in a global team and dynamic environment.

What you'll need

• Experience with formal verification, timing analysis and ECO implementation.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Innovus/Encounter, ICC, Caliber, LEC and PrimeTime.
