Senior Engineer - Civil & Structure

Overview

Senior Engineer in Civil & Structure, reporting directly to the Team Manager as direct discipline superior, acting as discipline lead engineer for proposals and projects.

What you'll do

• Participate in the development and implementation of engineering practices, workflows and procedures; recommend and implement resulting specs and procedures.
• Participate in reviews of work activities and projects; monitor workflow.
• Consult with and make recommendations to SME and Project Management Teams.
• Control key parameters (KPIs), benchmarks and efficiency figures to be applied in estimating equipment, material and man-hours.
• Contribute to optimization of engineering practices, workflows and procedures based on collected KPIs.
• Solve problems of various degrees of complexity.
• Coordinate and participate in training programs for Designers / Engineers / Senior Engineers in the technical discipline.
• Deliver work within contractual framework, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness to meet overall project desired results.

What you'll need

• Education: MTech / ME or BTech / BE in Civil.
• Experience in EPC or detail design engineering company in the engineering discipline for execution of projects in various sectors such as Oil & Gas.
• Experience range: 7 to 10 years.
