Sr. Onshore Engineer

Overview

Senior Onshore Engineer responsible for leading civil and structural engineering activities across FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield, and greenfield projects.

What you'll do

• Lead civil and structural engineering activities for project execution.
• Design and review concrete and steel structures, pipe racks, buildings, and foundations.
• Perform and validate structural analysis and foundation design using STAAD.Pro.
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
• Support constructability reviews, risk assessments, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers while contributing to engineering best practices.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of related experience.
• Graduate engineering degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of international codes, standards, client specifications, and engineering procedures.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Good communication skills.
• Adaptability to relocate to different centers or countries.
