Senior Engineer, Research Science Engineering

Overview

Senior Engineer role focused on SPICE/device modeling to support advanced process development, with emphasis on high-voltage LDMOS and CMOS modeling.

What you'll do

• Develop compact models for LDMOS, CMOS, BJT, diode, resistor, and capacitor devices.
• Characterize and model inter-device parasitics, including bipolar transistor action.
• Perform characterization and modeling involving electrical, thermal, and mechanical multi-physics.
• Build long-term device degradation models for MOS and LDMOS.
• Apply hands-on electrical measurements and explore instrument limitations.
• Use SPICE-like circuit simulation for modeling work.

What you'll need

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics with strong device physics background.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with SPICE-like circuit simulators.
