Overview

Senior Hardware Design Engineer for consumer electronics focused on designing microcontroller-based hardware and associated peripheral circuits.

What you'll do

• Handle requirement engineering for electronic hardware.
• Design analog and digital circuitry at the board level, including power supply circuits (Buck, Boost, LDO, Linear, Flyback).
• Develop actuator and motor control circuits (BDC, BLDC, stepper).
• Work on electronics communication interface designs (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet).
• Support board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system-level testing and validation for consumer electronics.

What you'll need

• 5 to 9 years of experience in hardware design.
• B.E./B-Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation branches.
• Experience designing microcontroller boards and peripheral circuits.
• Knowledge of communication interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, USB, and Ethernet.
• Hands-on CAD tool experience for schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium/ORCAD/Mentor Graphics.
• Experience with BOM preparation, thermal calculations, and SPICE simulations.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC-compliant design.
