Electrical Engineer

Overview

Install Base Electrical Engineer for the Infant Care (IC) hardware team, supporting and enhancing the Maternal and Fetal Care product portfolio.

What you'll do

• Develop electronic circuits and interconnects across digital, analog, power, and microcontroller/microprocessor designs.
• Run circuit simulations and perform design calculations for filters, switched-mode power supplies, and derating analysis.
• Support full electronic hardware development lifecycle from concept through service support.
• Prepare and maintain hardware design documentation and board-level verification reports.
• Troubleshoot board bring-up issues and oversee design verification/validation.
• Manage install base needs including part obsolescence, field complaint resolution, and CAPA closures.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end electronics or hardware design and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering (BE/BTech).
• Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in schematic design and electrical validation.
• Exposure to product development and engineering documentation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging experience for electronic systems.
