Senior Engineer -SAP SF Compensation

Overview

Senior Engineer—SAP SuccessFactors Compensation is responsible for Compensation & Benefits configuration and administration, with contributions to Employee Central (EC) configuration, release management, and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Lead configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management, including templates, eligibility rules, worksheets, workflows, and compensation modeling.
• Support Benefits configuration, including enrollment workflows, eligibility rules, and plan setup.
• Support Employee Central processes including foundation objects, business rules/workflows, employment information updates, and data models/event derivations.
• Build and enhance reports for Compensation, Benefits, and EC using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting/ORD, and Canvas Reports.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Compensation & Benefits and EC, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate integration data flow between EC ↔ Compensation, EC ↔ Payroll, and EC ↔ third-party benefits providers.
• Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement for compensation/benefits processes.

What you'll need

• Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Comp).
• Strong working knowledge of Employee Central (EC).
• Ability to support end-to-end compensation planning cycles, benefits administration, configuration, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of EC configuration, release management, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Experience building reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting/ORD, and/or Canvas Reports.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support tickets, proposing solutions, and implementing fixes.
• Knowledge of compliance needs including data privacy and consistency across compensation and benefits processes.
