Senior Engineer SIL – Operability (60Hz)

Overview

Lead operability solutions for GE Vernova’s 7HA and 7F gas turbine fleets as the Systems Integration Leader. The role covers commissioning, technical requirements, R&D support, performance, start-up flexibility, emissions, and hardware durability.

What you'll do

• Coordinate commissioning activities across Asia and EMEA.
• Provide requisition and R&D operability support for 7HA and 7F platforms.
• Develop the gas turbine operational flexibility technical blueprint.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements and co-author product requirements documents.
• Lead field issue resolution for gas turbine operability challenges.
• Manage hardware-change impacts and implement software or hardware corrective actions.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and critical issues to management.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in gas turbine combustion, controls, performance, or operability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and lead internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, site, and project teams.
