Overview
Salesforce Senior Developer on the Salesforce Service Team, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions for service operations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Implement Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and CTI integrations.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Review code to ensure Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limit adherence.
- Troubleshoot production defects via root cause analysis and timely issue resolution.
- Support data migration activities using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or MuleSoft.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Ability to integrate using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering-related field (or equivalent work experience).
