Senior Salesforce Developer focused on Service Cloud, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and building scalable, business-critical solutions.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel and Case Management.
• Architect and build scalable integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., CTI/telephony, Jira).
• Develop customizations using declarative tools and coded components (Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Components).
• Drive technical approaches and estimation for solutions using best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while improving performance and user experience.
• Document implementations and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development including Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Omni Channel, Chat, Entitlements, and Milestones.
• Integration experience with REST/Web Services APIs and third-party applications.
• Experience with Flows and the Salesforce Sharing & Security model.
• Strong OO concepts, application design principles, and design patterns.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Requires a few hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for collaboration with the US-based team.
