Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

Overview

Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce and AI, responsible for architecting and delivering Agentforce-powered technical solutions for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead and own technical solution design for complete Agentforce solutions.
• Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Deep dive into Agentforce Agents’ limits and boundaries to find solutions for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and delivery teams to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
• Oversee and contribute across the project lifecycle, from design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development-role experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with source control including branching/pull request strategies.

Details

• Work location: Remote - India, and selected cities listed by the ATS.
• Anticipated travel commitment up to 25% for certain roles.
