Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Overview

Salesforce Administrator/Developer providing day-to-day Salesforce support and building enhancements across Salesforce and related clouds.

What you'll do

• Manage Salesforce user access, licensing security, and data governance.
• Drive declarative enhancements, process automation, and operational escalation workflows.
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features (including Omni-Channel routing, macros, and self-service portals).
• Develop and maintain Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components, and build secure REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Oversee data quality control and migrations, and support onboarding with documentation and training.
• Design and manage secure system and third-party integrations via API connections.
• Own SFMC and Pardot technical configuration for cross-cloud journey architecture using SQL, AMPScript, and Journey Builder.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on Salesforce product knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex Salesforce issues.
• DevOps/release management experience and understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.
