TPM + RGM SF Developer- Experienced Associate

Overview

TPM + RGM SF Developer Associate role focused on customer strategies and Salesforce-based development to support commercial transformation projects.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions.
• Support customer experience initiatives and revenue growth through connected customer experiences.
• Work on pricing strategies and profitability analysis to optimize pricing models.
• Participate in requirement workshops and contribute to solution discussions.
• Execute unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.
• Assist with deployment activities and post-release validation.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Exposure to declarative tools including Flows and Process Builder.
• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX), scratch orgs, and Git-based version control.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
• At least a Bachelor’s degree and oral/written proficiency in English.
