Sr. Salesforce Developer, Quote-to-Cash

Overview

Sr. Salesforce Developer focused on Genesys’ Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, building and enhancing Salesforce capabilities for quoting, order management, assets, renewals, and integrations.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and LWC.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical deliverables and drive timely, high-quality delivery.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and development/configuration tasks.
• Develop and enhance Quote-to-Cash-related Salesforce capabilities including quoting, order management, and asset/renewal processes.
• Support Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) capabilities within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues across configuration, data, flows, permissions, performance, and integrations.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems including Zuora, Workday, ServiceNow, and middleware platforms.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, or enterprise application development.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Salesforce configuration.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and independently delivering solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using debug logs, error messages, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and explaining technical concepts.
