Senior Engineer - Verification CAD

Overview

Senior Engineer - Verification CAD responsible for evaluating, improving, and supporting EDA tools and design-verification flows in a production environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy configurable, scalable hardware-verification tools.
• Support EDA tools and verification flows across multiple projects.
• Gather and analyze metrics to improve automation reliability and verification performance.
• Debug vendor tool issues.
• Work with design-verification teams to solve technical problems.
• Implement functionality to address emerging problems and optimize existing methods.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work responsibly.

What you'll need

• Working knowledge of Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
• Knowledge of assertions.
• Strong experience with Incisive/Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, or ModelSim.
• Strong programming abilities in Python and/or Perl.
• Experience with coverage management using VManager.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for role-related tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TCL.
• Experience with UVM, VMM, OVM, C, or C++.
• Familiarity with Verdi and/or SimVision.
• Experience with front-end web development and UI.
