Senior Engineering Executive

Overview

Senior Engineering Executive focused on managing critical engineering operations across incidents, facilities helpdesk workflows, remote monitoring, work permits reporting, and shift-based/daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

What you'll do

• Handle incidents/work orders for critical systems on a global scale within SLA using incident management software.
• Manage facilities service requests globally via D365/CFS, including logging, assigning service levels, and coordinating dispatch.
• Remotely monitor mail and voice alarms for critical systems and monitor Iconics alarms/faults for remote locations.
• Prepare weekday/weekend work permits reports and record permit status communications according to SLA timelines.
• Produce and share shift/daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc reports including duty logs, incident reports, and alarm/fault summaries.
