Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer role focused on resolving incidents and problems to maintain operational stability. It includes managing change requests, keeping troubleshooting documentation up to date, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal service management teams on issue analysis and resolution.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
• Provide solutions for problems affecting work related to the role.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and troubleshooting guidance.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience (minimum stated).
• Proficiency in Genesys Cloud AI.
• Ability to perform incident and problem management in cloud-based environments.
• Experience creating/managing RFCs and updating technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on operational stability.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
