Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Ad Performance Recommendation team, building and optimizing an AI-powered system that turns marketing ad tech data into actionable recommendations for digital advertisers and marketers.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow the Ad Performance Recommendation team with technical direction and hands-on leadership.
• Develop AdTech-focused ML models using predictive and simulation techniques.
• Optimize existing models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Ensure ML work complies with privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
• Mentor team members via coaching, 1:1s, and career development plans.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience building services and products.
• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-life problems.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience with ML technologies including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience delivering scalable ML systems in production.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field (Mathematics, CS, AI, Physics).
• Ability to work 3 days/week at the office.
